Power of the hour of code!

This week, schools all over the world are taking part in an "Hour of Code" project.  We will begin by watching a short video about why learning how to use code is important. After the video, everyone will click on the link below and play the game to help the Angry Bird catch the pig.


We will also use the ipads and work with an app called Kodable IF THERE IS TIME

First, we will start by drawing a Thanksgiving card using Pixie.  Everyone's card must include a picture of a turkey and the following:

  • To ___________________ (someone you love)
  • Happy Thanksgiving
  • Love, _________________ (your name)
